When Roundel returned to AdWeek NYC post-COVID, we needed to use the opportunity to reintroduce the brand in a big way. Our scrappy startup vibe was gone—replaced with a bold, polished presence that reflected our growth from a $500MM Target side project to a $1.5B retail media force in just two years. Our message evolved from a media sales company to a brand impact partner on par with Target. Lights, energy, music and real personality drew massive crowds night after night—so much so that even Mark Cuban, Aoki Lee Simmons, Paris Hilton, Christina Aguilera, and Kevin O’Leary showed up (unpaid, by the way). The result? A packed house every night, a revolutionized reputation and a 500% spike in new business inquiries post-event.
